Returns & Refunds Policy

At SCULPD™, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Your Legal Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at contact@mysculpd.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the contract.

What happens when you cancel:

SCULPD will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. SCULPD may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the customer has provided proof of return, whichever is earliest.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your legal right to cancel, SCULPD offers a voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date you receive your product.

Conditions:

Your request must be submitted within the 30-day period by email to contact@mysculpd.com. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Processing time is 7 to 14 working days from receipt of the return.

This commercial guarantee exists independently of and in addition to your legal cancellation rights, and does not limit them in any way.

3. Goodwill Offer: Partial Refund Without Return

As an alternative to returning the product, SCULPD may offer a partial refund of up to 30% of the purchase price, without requiring the goods to be returned. This offer is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Defective Products or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs. In this case, SCULPD will offer either a full refund or a free replacement, at the customer's choice. Return postage costs will be covered by SCULPD.

In addition, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights for a period of six years from delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@mysculpd.com. Please include the following:

Your order number. The reason for your request. Photographs, if applicable (for damaged or defective items).

Returns cannot be processed without prior contact and confirmation from our customer service team. Once confirmed, you will receive the return address and further instructions.

6. Order Cancellation

An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it falls under the standard returns and cancellation procedure.
