Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the website https://www.mysculpd.com, operated under the trade name SCULPD™, for the online sale of men's compression vests.
By placing an order on the website, you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

Article 3 — Products
The products offered are men's compression vests designed for everyday wear. Each product includes a detailed description. Photographs and illustrations are for reference only and are not contractually binding. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of materials or the manufacturing process.
Our products are not medical devices and do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are displayed in British pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
SCULPD reserves the right to amend prices at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Article 5 — Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their order after review. Upon payment confirmation, an order confirmation email will be sent. SCULPD reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. The following payment methods are accepted: credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all secure payment methods offered via Shopify.
All transactions are processed securely by authorised payment providers.
Article 7 — Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery area: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Processing time: 1 to 3 working days. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 working days from dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery provider and destination. SCULPD is not liable for delays caused by the delivery provider or force majeure.
If delivery has not been made within 30 working days of order confirmation, the customer is entitled to request a redelivery or a full refund.
Article 8 — Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right to cancel, the customer must inform SCULPD by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to contact@mysculpd.com) of their decision to cancel the contract. The customer may use the model cancellation form provided below.
Consequences of cancellation: If the customer cancels the contract, SCULPD will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the cancellation notice was received. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Returns: The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day the customer communicates their cancellation. The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Diminished value: The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods only where this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Goodwill offer: As an alternative to returning the goods, SCULPD may offer the customer a partial refund of up to 30% of the purchase price, without requiring the goods to be returned. This offer is voluntary and does not limit the customer's statutory right to cancel in any way.
Article 9 — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to the statutory right to cancel, SCULPD offers a voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date the product is received.
Conditions of this commercial guarantee:
The request must be sent by email to contact@mysculpd.com. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
This commercial guarantee exists independently of and in addition to the statutory right to cancel, and does not limit it.
Article 10 — Statutory Warranty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty or not as described, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on when the issue is raised.
Within the first 30 days of delivery, the customer is entitled to a full refund for faulty goods. Within the first 6 months, the burden of proof lies with the seller to demonstrate the goods were not faulty at the time of delivery. The customer may make a claim for up to 6 years from the date of delivery.
Article 11 — Liability
The products offered comply with applicable UK regulations. SCULPD is not liable for improper use of the products or use that does not follow the recommendations on the website.

Article 12 — Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for the processing of orders and managing the customer relationship. Data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Article 13 — Intellectual Property
All elements on the website www.mysculpd.com (text, images, logos, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Article 14 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of UK consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract (in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 — Rome I).
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.

Annex — Model Cancellation Form
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (SCULPD, 5 Plaza Mayor, 29700 Vélez-Málaga, Spain, email: contact@mysculpd.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by post or email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
